Subscription Refunds

Users may request a refund within 7 days of the initial subscription purchase if the service was unavailable or significantly malfunctioning.

Non-Refundable Situations

• Abuse of the service
• Violation of terms
• High-volume API consumption already performed

Cancellation

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time through the payment provider. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically trigger refunds.
